A series of monthly radio shows hosted by Greg Belson on dublab.com, dedicated to gospel soul, funk and spirituals from the 1960s thru to the 1980s. The Divine Chord Gospel Show branches out into gospel influenced cuts and artists that crossed over to performing secular cuts too; so plenty of rarities all played from original vinyl, either on 45 or LP format.
The Divine Chord Gospel Show Summer Soundclash Series 2020 has been one for the books. Thanks to my previous combatants, John Tripp, Matt Ma Moustache & David Hodes for shining a light on their collections.
The final 2-hour session of the 2020 series is upon us, starting at 2pm US PDT (9pm UK GMT) pitting the selection of our carefully selected guest DJ against your host GREG BELSON…..bringin’ a fun and alternative slant on how a lot of folks view gospel music.
We’re heading up the West Coast to Portland, Oregon for our 4th heavy duty Gospel collector;
