Magic Roundabout was a French/English children’s TV show that appealed to adults. It was, and every character had a particular personality or state of being. At its height in the ’80s, the show was broadcast daily and was one of the first to break ‘the fourth wall’ defining fantasy and reality. Heidi’s Magic Roundabout will reflect every aspect of her musical personality as she invites listeners into her world on the first Friday of every month from 4-6pm PST.

Heidi Lawden is a DJ, producer and occasional vocalist. Inspired by London’s club and rave scene as a teen, she has worked in the world of dance music ever since. Now based in California, she DJs at the West Coast’s finest clubs, undergrounds and festivals. Fluidly combining House, Techno and synth-laden Disco oddities to create a world of her own, Heidi has gained the respect and admiration of her peers through her knowledge, style, and infectious excitement for the global dance music community.

John Bryars is currently based in Los Angeles and is recognized for his broad tastes and eclectic style. He has played Legendary Los Angeles parties such as A Club Called Rhonda, Lights Down Low, Midnight Lovers and Future Primitive. He has DJed alongside Solar, Honey Soundsystem, Lina Willikens, Octa Octa, Roman Flugel, Dixon, Interstellar Funk, Gerd Jansen, Honey Dijon and many others. He has done radio shows for NTS, dublab and KXLU. John has played various festivals such as the Iconic Sunset Campout and is working on an EP set to release early next year.
